Are there any driver's to install?
When connecting to a PC, the X-Arcade™ works by acting as A KEYBOARD. So, do not get confused with references to it being called “The Ultimate Arcade Controller”, because inside it’s setup like a keyboard and your computer thinks it’s a keyboard. It is, however, a normal game controller when you use an X-Arcade™ console adapter.
This means there are NO DRIVERS and NO
SOFTWARE to install. The X-Arcade™ plugs in and
you begin playing. There is absolutely no setup or installation of software required.
The X-Arcade™ was made to be easy enough for virtually anyone to
operate.

What is the size and dimensions of one player or two
player?
The X-Arcade™ Two Player Authentic Arcade Size: 61.6 centimeters wide,
28.6 centimeters deep x 17.8 centimeters tall. Weight is 5.4kgs .
The X-Arcade™ Two Player BASE is 20.64 centimeters, by 54.61 centimeters wide.
The back is 9.53 centimeters high
from the base to the lip, the front is 4.45 centimeters.

The X-Arcade™ Solo One Player Authentic Arcade Size: 46.3 centimeters wide,
28.6 centimeters deep x 17.8 centimeters tall. Weight is 4.5kgs .
The X-Arcade™ Solo One
Player BASE is 35.24 centimeters, by 19.37 centimeters. The back is 8.26 centimeters high from the base to the
lip, the front is 4.45 centimeters.
Can I use the X-ARCADE™ and my keyboard at the same
time?
Yes. The X-Arcade™ and keyboard can be used simultaneously.
Can I use the X-ARCADE™ with XBOX Live! and other online gaming
networks?
Yes. The X-Arcade™works out of the box 100% with all game console
networks, such as XBOX Live!, Sony PS2 Broadband, and GameCube Network
Adapter. Each adapter has memory slots for you to add devices to.

Can I use more than one X-ARCADE™ at a time?
Yes. You can plug in up to 2 X-Arcade™ Two Player or 2 X-Arcade™
Solo One Players on your PC. You simply need to purchase a USB
ADAPTER. If you want to use two X-Arcade™ Solos together
on your console, you will need one game console adapter for each Solo. We
are currently manufacturing a hardware splitter that will let you use
two Solo with one adapter.
Can the X-ARCADE be used on a laptop computer?
You can use your X-Arcade™ with any laptop. Just plug your X-Arcade™ PC
Adapter into your keyboard port of laptop, or for most laptops use our USB ADAPTER.
How long is the X-ARCADE's cable?
The cable of X-Arcade™ is 6ft. If that's not long enough, you can
simply purchase another wire set and a DB9F-DB9F gender changer, or a pass-thru serial cable extension.
What are the game systems X-Arcade works with?
The X-Arcade™ works on any gaming system by using
special XGAMING™ game console adapters. You only need to buy 1adapter for
each game system. We are constantly developing new adapters for future
consoles, so you can be sure you're X-Arcade™ will always be compatible

How durable is the X-ARCADE?
The X-Arcade™ is constructed from high quality injected wood and
all parts are arcade commercial quality. The buttons and controls are
used in real arcade machines. We ship these same components
to arcades across the world every week. As these are standard arcade parts,
they are extremely easy to replace with any off the shelf arcade parts.
Is The X-Arcade Programmable?
The X-Arcade™ is fully programmable. There are 3 settings for programming
any keyboard key to any button or control on the X-Arcade™.

Are there games that will not work with X-Arcade?
Any game that can use a keyboard on a PC will work. All console games are
supported with the game console adapters. When connected to a PC, the X-Arcade™
functions as a keyboard. When connected to a game console, X-Arcade™ 2-player
functions as two separate gamepads.
Can I use different arcade buttons or arcade joysticks?
The X-Arcade™ buttons and controls can be replaced with any off
the shelf arcade controllers or buttons. Some customers prefer different
styles, such as Japanese, Competition, convex, or Stiff styles. They can be replaced
by any customer in a matter of minutes.
How do I use analog functions for analog controller
games?
The X-Arcade™ let's you switch between simulated analog or digital
input during play.
Can I play with old school 4 way games like Pac-Man™?
The X-Arcade™ was pre-shipped with modified controls to support
both simultaneous 4 or 8 way play. You can switch the X-Arcade to 4-way easily as well. (more info)
Can I play with 2 controller games, like Robotron™and Elevator
Action™?
Yes. If you are using the two player X-Arcade™, both joysticks
can be used simultaneously on a PC or MAC™. Any game that can use
a keyboard will work. For console use, the X-Arcade™ functions as
two separate gamepads.
How can I use with my Apple/Mac™?
The X-Arcade™ plugs into your MAC by purchasing our
USB Adapter from our website. The X-Arcade™ needs to be
configured as a standard MAC™ USB device.
Can I program the arrow keys?
Yes. All keys on the X-Arcade™ are fully, 100% programmable.
Can I use with MAME™ and emulation software?
All the latest versions of MAME and most game emulators have built in
X-Arcade™ support. The X-Arcade™ was designed mainly for this
purpose, playing arcade classics!

Can I buy in retail stores?
The X-Arcade™ units are available in Central Park Interactive stores in New Zealand. The X-Arcade™ units are currently not available in the major chains in Australia, but we're working on it. New chains are expected soon.

Can I buy replacement parts or electronics?
Yes. Our arcade buttons and controls are standard replacement parts
for any arcade setting. Just visit our store to order directly.
Is there a warranty or assurance?

Are there any plans for spinner or trackball version?
We are currently working on an add-on, standalone trackball arcade product
which can be used to play any game which supports a mouse. The X-Arcade™ Trackball supports all major emulators and arcade classics, and can be
used to play games such as Golden Tee Golf.
