to/from your location. (New Zealand and Australia only) To explain further, if
your X-Arcade™ is
ever found defective or stops working, XGAMING will arrange to ship
a brand new X-Arcade™
to your location, and include a return shipping label with the new X-Arcade™
so you don't incur any shipping costs or fees.

International Orders - Customer is responsible for all
duties and taxes on arrival in customers county. Xgaming, Inc. will
not be responsible for these extra charges.
All orders received before 10:00 AM Eastern Time will ship same day. All orders received after 10:00 AM Eastern Time will ship following day, Monday-Thursday.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained through customer service and is required for ALL returns. Xgaming, Inc. reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer or to prorate the credit.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included. Xgaming, Inc. inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days by calling

Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC
or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, cables, and accessories
are included. Products must be accompanied by the original packaging in
unused condition. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be
accepted. For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable"
shipping method such as UPS Ground.

Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RA#. Print the RA# clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes
your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued
credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing
cycles.
