Exclusive Lifetime Warranty On X-Arcade.
This means any defects or problems which occur during the life of purchaser's
ownership of X-Arcade™ are covered under warranty. The X-Arcade™
warranty coverage is already recognised as one of the game industry's
finest. Not only does @HOME downunder Ltd, on behalf of XGAMING, cover your X-Arcade™ for the duration
of the warranty, but @HOME downunder Ltd pays all fees and charges for shipping
to/from your location. (New Zealand and Australia only) To explain further, if your
X-Arcade™ is found defective or stops working, @HOME downunder Ltd will
arrange to ship a brand new X-Arcade™ to your location, and include
a return shipping label with the new X-Arcade™ so you don't incur
any shipping costs or fees.(see Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions for further details)
International Orders - Customer is responsible for
all duties and taxes on arrival in customers county. @HOME downunder Ltd. will
not be responsible for these extra charges.
We use WorldPay Secure Payment Servers for credit card payments. We do not store credit card information on our system, we keep your information confidential. We do not share any information with third parties.
If purchased from our website, @HOME downunder Ltd offers a 30-day money back guarantee. All returns must be in original saleable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained through customer service and is required for ALL returns. @HOME downunder Ltd. reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer or to prorate the credit.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included. Xgaming, Inc. inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.
The X-Arcade™ is supported by XGAMING®’s
industry leading service and support. X-Arcade™ is backed by a
Lifetime Warranty, serviced exclusively from @HOME downunder Ltd on behalf of XGAMING®.
If your X-Arcade™ is ever found defective or stops working, @HOME downunder Ltd
will attempt to send replacement parts to your location to repair the
problem as the X-Arcade™ was designed to be serviced easily, like
a real arcade, so anyone can easily service the buttons, switches or
joysticks.
In the rare occasion your unit cannot be repaired with
replacement parts, during the first 12 months after purchase, we
will ship a refurbished X-Arcade™ to your location and include
a pre-paid, return shipping label for you to send back the defective
unit at our cost.
Customers outside of New Zealand and Australia will be responsible for all shipping charges
to our location.
12 months after purchase, if it is necessary for the X-Arcade™
to be sent in for replacement or repair,, customer will be responsible
for shipping the unit back to @HOME downunder Ltd – but the replacement
unit will be shipped back to customer at XGAMING®'s cost.
Please register
your warranty here to activate your lifetime warranty. (online
purchases are automatically registered)
All claims must be made directly to @HOME downunder Ltd with a proof of purchase
from your retailer or distributor. Any items without a bill of sale
will not be serviced and any returns or exchanges must be accompanied
by first obtaining an RMA from@HOME downunder Ltd. If it is determined that
the X-Arcade™ has stopped working due to misuse or accidental
damage,@HOME downunder Ltd will not honor this repair procedure.
NOTE:@HOME downunder Ltd may deem that any and all warranty work can be done
on site with customer replace-able parts replaced by customer.
@HOME downunder Ltd, oh behalf of XGAMING® warrants the X-Arcade™ Controller against
defect in workmanship and materials as herein:
Labor: Lifetime; if @HOME downunder Ltd determines that the equipment is defective
subject to the limitations of this warranty, it will be replaced with
a refurbished unit at no charge for labor.
Parts: Lifetime: @HOME downunder Ltd will supply, at no charge, new parts to replace defective parts, against defect subject to limitations of the warranty.
These terms are for sales made directly by @HOME downunder Ltd and differ from terms you may have to adhere to from the company you purchase the product from. If you did not buy from us directly, you must register your product online at www.athomedownunder.com "Customer Service" to activate your lifetime warranty.
@HOME downunder Ltd., a New Zealand company, will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty of the XGAMING X-Arcade™ controller, nor an incidental or consequential damages from the inability to use, or ability to use the controller. Under no circumstance shall @HOME downunder Ltd., liability exceed the purchase price of the product as sold by @HOME downunder Ltd. @HOME downunder Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to honor this warranty if any of above exceptions caused the product to no longer function correctly.
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days
by calling 64.9.576.7539.
Please provide the following information when requesting a RA#:
Name of product being returned
reason for return
your name
daytime telephone number
e-mail address.
Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC
or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, cables, and accessories
are included. Products must be accompanied by the original packaging
in unused condition. Items that do not meet these conditions will not
be accepted. For your protection, please insure the package and use
a "traceable" shipping method such as with New Zealand Post or Australian Post.

Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RA#. Print the RA# clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects,
and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines
when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow
one to two billing cycles.
